Common questions
Straight answers
Do you photograph the problem?
Yes. Every survey comes with photographs of what we find, so you can see exactly what we see before you decide anything.
Will you tell me if I need a whole new roof?
Only if you actually do. If a repair will sort it, that is what we will recommend, in writing.
Which areas do you cover for repairs?
We are based in Thatcham and cover the whole of the UK, from our base in Thatcham.
