My chimney leaks but the roof looks fine, why?
Very often it is the flashing or flaunching around the chimney rather than the roof itself. A survey will pin it down.
Do you work with lead rather than sealant?
Yes. Properly dressed lead outlasts mastic fixes many times over, and we will tell you when a cheap fix is false economy.
Can you take down a chimney we no longer use?
Yes, reductions and removals are quoted after a look at the stack and what it carries.
