Tile or slate, which should I choose?
It depends on the property, the pitch and the budget. We talk you through the options in the quotation rather than deciding for you.
Do you replace the felt and battens?
Yes. A re-roof is only worth doing if what sits underneath is renewed too, and it is itemised in the quote.
How disruptive is a re-roof?
We plan access and protection before we start, keep you posted day to day and leave the site tidy every evening.
